The Castle complex
The apartment is in the former Castle (Zamaka) resort complex – buildings with towers, wood and stone, tucked into the forest. The ski area is very close, and around you there is quiet, green meadows and the scent of pine.
Pamporovo – the sunny resort of the Rhodopes
Snezhanka peak
1,926 m, with the TV tower you can see from afar. The lifts take you almost to the top, and the view over the Rhodopes is beautiful all year round.
Summer in the mountains
The resort lies at about 1,650 m. Trails for hiking and cycling, mushrooms, blueberries and cool nights while the lowlands are hot.
Nearby
Smolyan and the Smolyan Lakes, Shiroka Laka village, the Wonderful Bridges, Yagodina Cave and Trigrad Gorge – all within a day trip.
Pamporovo is about 85 km from Plovdiv and about 15 km from Smolyan.
